There is new leaked information on Modern Warfare 3 released by Kotaku. While Treyarch introduced Zombie Mode into the Call of Duty games developed by them, Infinity Ward has now implemented a mode similar to Zombie Mode. It is the Spec Ops Survival Mode, where hordes of enemies attack you in waves. There are other Spec Ops modes such as mission mode where you are given an objective and must take down enemies along the way.
It has also been revealed that the online multiplayer will have 20 available maps. Though there are no screen shots of the online multiplayer maps, it has been hinted that New York, London, Berlin, and Paris, which are in the single player, will be on the online multiplayer as well. There has been little footage of what the Spec Ops Survival mode looks like and what maps are available for it.
Some of the perks included in the multiplayer are Blind Eye, Assassin, Point Guard, Dead Silence, and Recon. Blind Eye gives you immunity from computer and player controlled killstreaks. The pro version allows you to lock on faster with launchers and gives you extra bullet damage to vehicles. Assassin makes you invisible to UAVs, thermal, and heartbeat sensors. The pro version makes you immune to counter UAVs, and hides your clan tag, name, and red crosshairs. Point Guard counts every two assist kills as a whole kill. Dead Silence will most likely be the same as in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Recon will be some type of motion sensor radar available on you at all times.
Some the killstreaks have been revealed which are EMP grenade, Precision Airstrike, Stealth Bomber, Littlebird, Remote Turret, Escort Airdrop, Remote Mortar, and Directional UAV. One killstreak that has been confirmed as removed is the Tactical Nuke. It has not been confirmed yet if these killstreak are not stackable like in Call of Duty: Black Ops. Modern Warfare 3 will now have team perks, which will most likely be a defensive style of perk, like Blast Shield, Health Regen, and Stun Protection. We cannot guarantee that these killstreaks will remain in the final version of the games, because it is usual that the multiplayer gets tweaked and modified before the final release. This game is just months away from its release date and we'll just have to wait to see what features will truly be released.

Motion sensor games have really taken off over the last few years and it was actually led by the Nintendo Wii, then of course Playstation followed up with the Playstation Move and now Microsoft has completely taken it to a whole new level with the Kinect for Xbox.
If you do not know what motion sensor games are it is basically where YOU are the controller and the use of old school button controllers are not needed. Although with the Wii and the Move there is a "wand" your movements are still what control the game.
Now what exactly separates the Kinect for Xbox from it's competitors? Well the kinect DOES NOT require any controller or wand whatsoever. Your complete body is the controller.
You see Microsoft has really stepped their game up and created a whole new innovative accessory for the Xbox that picks up your every move.
This means that every time you jump, swing, sit, or run the Kinect picks it up and transfers it onto the avatar you are playing with on the screen.
You may be asking yourself how exactly does this work? Well let me get into how the Kinect sensor works.
The sensor has a total of 3 cameras which is what picks up your every move. It has one color camera for image recognition and two monochrome cameras which are responsible for picking up your actual body movements.
This powerful sensor tracks the movements of your arms, legs, hips, feet and head so it is sure to get everyone off the couch and have a good time.
I think this is one of the reason's why this game has become so popular because you can actually get a great workout in while playing a game.
And if you are a parent you can get your kids to still play video games while staying active. We all know how dreadful the old school game consoles can be and have people sitting on a couch for hours on end. Well not anymore thanks to the Kinect.
One thing I do want to mention is the Kinect IS NOT a stand alone console like the Wii. It is an accessory to the X-box 360 so you DO need an X-box to hook it up to.
Another reason why the Kinect has become so powerful is all the amazing games that are available to play. They are not making just your average gun game. They are creating games that keep you active and entertained.
Kinect has games like: Kinect Sports which is an all in one sports game where you can play thing like table tennis, track and field events, soccer, and bowling.
Kinect Adventures which is basically a level game where you work your way through different adventures in exotic locations and you navigate through roaring rapids, challenge obstacle courses or save a leaky underwater laboratory.
Dance Central which is a HUGE hit and the title says it all. This game is all about breaking it down on the dance floor!
These are just a few games out of the 17+ games currently available and more set to be released later this year.
So as you can see Microsoft has really stepped their game up and shows no sign of slowing down.
I really do think Motion sensor games are the future and the Kinect is just the beginning.

Video Games and there alike as a whole are created to entertain people, adult and children. Most of them are fun to play with especially when you know how to play the game. Now, these video games had evolved and become more appealing to children and they can easily influenced by whatever they see and hear. Just recently, I manage to read some article from the Philippine Pediatric Society about the effect of the video and computer games that children play. It is said that most of these children who's playing computer or video game lives a sedentary lifestyle. What was a sedentary lifestyle? According to the Philippine Pediatric Society it is a motionless activity of body parts and if children are living this kind of lifestyle it may increase the possibility of having a cardiovascular disease, obesity or morbidity. Why? It is because they don't exercise and do something. There are only few parts of their body does the movement. Some of these are the eyes, hands, fingers and the butt. Sitting for hours will sure give you a Guinness World Record. According to the article these are just the physical effect, so meaning there are more side effects. In terms of socialization children become socially inadequate and immature. A child with a playmate instills the feeling of having a playmate unlike in video or computer games, they instill the feeling of competition and reset button whenever they fail to do the task. Also according to the article children do have hard time coping with frustration and failure because of the idea of resetting. It is also expressed in the article that children may become short-tempered, aggressive and prone to commit violence because of some gruesome scene in the game. It is indeed true because you will really notice it to children in the community and it shocking to hear a six year old kid saying some of those words.
The rampant increase of these video and computer games are uncontrollable but if parents have established a deeper relationship with their child and having a parental guidance or a family conversation once in a while telling that this games are not good to play for their age. It is also good if parents will encourage their children to play out-door games like run and tag or the like with this it will instill and restore the value of child play.
